Hi and thanks for visiting my web page. My name is Tony Frerking, and I was born on August 4th 1973, in Walnut Creek California. I currently reside in Salida California, with my wife Christy. We have lived here for the past 2 years.

Bodybuilding is, and always has been, my personal passion in life. Back in 1992, a year after meeting my wife, I was given a gym membership from my step mom. Like anyone just starting out I did a five-day a week workout which consisted of five days of bench press. As time progressed I started working different body parts, eating a little better, and gained more knowledge. With all of this put together and all the overwhelming support I have received from, of course my wife, but also friends and family I am able to keep striving to get better and better at working towards a greatly desired goal! The goal of some day snagging a pro card.

Now I would like to take this time to tell you about the people that help make this possible for me, and continue to support me even when it means traveling. Of course my wife Christy, who spends countless hours in the kitchen during the 16 weeks of contest prep, continues to support me when I make the going get tough, and still somehow finds the time to love me. Love ya, hun! Next a man I have a great respect for, not only did he make my dream of competing come true, but is the best friend anyone could ask for, and that is Gus Malliarodakis. Next my mobile cheering squad, Brent and Maria, my sister and her husband. Jim, Laura, Charlie, Kim, my step father Ron, and the rest of my family. Peg and Glen, my aunt and uncle, and my friends that never miss a show, Joe, Cathy, Jarod, Harmony, Paul, Monica, and Loy. Now this next person I put into his own category, a very good friend and tremendous support, John Tuman. Thanks John for continuously killing me in the gym on a regular basis! Thanks to all of you and the many more that take the time to support me in something that means the world to me!

A special thanks to my wife, Christy Frerking, because without you none of this would be possible. You kept me going when I wanted to quit, and gave me the support to keep me going. I love you!
